Food & Beverage Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Dine-In Orders
If you experience an issue during your visit, please notify a manager immediately so we can address the concern in real time.
Takeout & Online Orders
For takeout or online orders, any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 24 hours of purchase). We may request proof of purchase and details of the issue before issuing a refund or credit.
Third-Party Delivery Services
If your order was placed through a third-party delivery service (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.), all refund requests must be handled directly through that platform, in accordance with their policies.
Payment Processing Fees
Refunds issued to credit or debit cards may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Alcohol Sales
All alcohol sales are final and cannot be refunded, except where required by law.
Right to Refuse Refunds
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of this policy.
